Hob-friendly inner pan

The upgraded inner pot is made from high quality 304 stainless steel (18/8) and has silicone handles for easy lifting and moving, as well as a flat, three-layer bottom for the ultimate searing and sautéing. Cook in your Instant Pot, or transfer the inner pot to an electric, ceramic, gas or induction hob, or to an oven set to a maximum of 230°C, then pop it in the dishwasher for a quick clean.

Wide range of adjustable temperatures

With an adjustable temperature range from 70°F (21°C) to 450°F (232°C), you can do everything from grilling at a high temperature to drying food at a low temperature, all in the same pot.
