Gewoon luxe!! Je kan er bijna alles in klaarmaken, voor 1-persoons of voor meer persoons huishouden gaat in een handomdraai. Erg handig, tijdbesparend en ook nog eens heel gezond.
Disadvantages
Alleen maar voordelen, je moet leren koken en recepten opzoeken of een boekje bestellen.

Advantages
Kocht unter Hochdruck sehr schnell und auch das langsame Kochen ist sehr gut für eine Knochenbrühen zum Beispiel, die gute 24-36 Stunden braucht.

Die Tasten mit den unterschiedlichen Vorgaben für bestimmte Nahrungsmittel sind auch willkommene Richtwerte, damit man ein Gefühl für das Kochen mit dem Gerät bekommt.
Disadvantages
Leider sind die Tasten auf Englisch, aber man kann sich die Übersetzung daneben aufkleben. Es werden dafür entsprechende Aufkleber in unzählige Sprachen mitgeliefert.

Es ist zwar ein 6L Topf, aber dieser soll nur zu 2/3 befüllt werden. Damit hätten wir einen effektive Füllmenge von maximal 4 Liter. Würde da noch ein Suppenhuhn von 1kg drin sein, würde man auf knapp 3L Flüssigkeit kommen. Dass hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst, aber für 1-2 Person reicht das.

Primär habe ich den Instant Pot gekauft, um darin Knochen stromsparend für eine Brühe auszukochen, aber auch um zähes Rindfleisch sehr zart zu machen, da das generell sehr viel Energie braucht.

Es ist mein erster Langsamkocher oder Hochdrucktopf, deswegen fand ich es super, dass es in der Anleitung einen Testlauf gab mit ein wenig Wasser, sodass man sich damit vertraut machen konnte.

Der Instant Pot wirklich einfach zu bedienen und es macht Spaß damit zu kochen. Auch weil man es beim langsamen Kochen unbeaufsichtigt lassen kann.

Van bevroren vlees naar eetklaar in minuten!
*Ontzettend veel mogelijkheden, verse maaltijden zoals kippensoep gaan perfect, zonder het gebruik van gas of inductie.
Ingrediënten erin,* (kip kan zelfs zo uit de vriezer erin), water erbij en klaar.
*De sauteer funtie is heel makkelijk, en een belangrijk onderdeel om smaak te geven aan een gerecht, door het even aan te zetten.
* Indiase Biryani gaat uitstekend wat opzich kooktechnisch wel een lastig gerecht kan zijn.
* rijst koken gaat boven verwachting goed
(Basmati altijd een 15 min laten wellen na t spoelen.)
* rundvlees stoof gaat super, vol van smaak en snel gaar
*door de hoge druk merk je dat smaken nog meer geïnpregneerd worden.
*algemeen is het minuten werk bij de meeste maaltijden.
* heel makkelijk schoon te krijgen
*de keuze uit quick and natural release van de druk.
Zeker met vlees is het beter om een wat langzamere natural release van de druk te kiezen.
Disadvantages
Bij t gebruik van zuivel in warme gerechten (yoghurt of curd/ kwark) wil er nog wel eens een "food burn" melding verschijnen in t scherm.
Oplossing; even cancel drukken, daarna opnieuw starten naar high of low pressure of een voorgeprogrameerde stand natuurlijk, temperatuur standje naar"Less".
Daarna komt de pot weer op druk, en zal er geen bodem burn meer zijn.
Of iets meer water toevoegen.

Jammer dat de rijstschep er standaard niet meer bij zit.
Maar verder is de instantpot een gouden toevoeging aan uw keuken arsenaal!

Food cooks very fast, rice turns out perfectly, has a keep warm food function, it has a wide variety functions therefore there are a lot of meals that you can make from rice to vegetables to meat to soups and desserts, yogurt, etc.

Great for a family with kids :)
Disadvantages
Have to wait a bit until it heats up
