Discover the first real Dutch multicooker cookbook by Flying Foodie! After months of hard work, we have put together more than 70 recipes for the Instant Pot , Crockpot Express , Ninja Foodi and other multicookers with a high pressure function. Please note: almost all recipes use cooking under (high) pressure. There are no slowcooker recipes in it.
We noticed that there are many American cookbooks for multicookers, but a real Dutch cookbook was still missing. That is why we decided to bundle our online recipes into a tangible Dutch cookbook. A unique book full of Dutch classics such as stew with gravy, hutspot and stewed pears!
Our recipes are accessible and varied, suitable for both beginners and experienced home cooks. This cookbook contains Dutch recipes with Dutch measurements and also basic recipes to learn the essential cooking techniques.
You will find a wide range of recipes in this book, from pasta, soup, stew and meat to chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes. And of course sweet recipes are not missing! Most recipes are new and have not previously appeared online on our website. However, some classics such as chicken soup, Bolognese sauce and sauerkraut are also included.
Enjoy delicious and versatile recipes and be inspired to create your own variations.
