Zo verpak je een Instant Pot voor transport

Please keep the complete packaging!
Instant Pots are very reliable, but sometimes something may go wrong, and we will always assist you quickly and professionally with repairs and warranty cases.

When returning items to us, you as the sender are legally responsible for any transport damage caused by insufficient packaging, even if we provide the shipping label.

Used the original packaging? We'll solve it faster!
However, if you used the original packaging, including the special fillers at the top and bottom, we promise that it will be resolved more quickly for you. In this case, we will submit the claim and mediate for you if damage occurs. The chance of damage is minimal when you use the original packaging and fillers.

Tip: Cut the tape and fold the box to save space. Keep the crucial filler forms!

How to safely send an Instant Pot

Take the empty original product box and open it.

Place the bottom foam.

Place the Instant Pot. Rotate the Instant Pot if necessary until you feel it settle in place and no longer turns.

Place the top foam. It should be level with the top of the box. If not, rotate it a quarter turn and try again.

Seal the box tightly with clear tape and affix the shipping label visibly on the box.

Well packed? Our responsibility!

The Instant Pot is now optimally protected against transport damage. If the shipment is packed this way and there is still transport damage, we take responsibility and process the return faster. Promise!
