How to Pack an Instant Pot for Transport
Please keep all packaging!
Instant Pots are very reliable, but sometimes things can go wrong, and we will always help you quickly and professionally with repairs and warranty cases.
When returning an item to us, you as the sender are legally responsible for any transport damage resulting from insufficient packaging, even if we provide the shipping label.
Original packaging used? We will solve it faster!
However, if you have used the original packaging, including the special fillings on the top and bottom, we promise that it will be resolved faster for you. In that case, we will file the claim and mediate for you if damage does occur. However, the chance of damage is minimal when you use the original packaging and filling.
Tip: Cut the tape and fold the box to save space. Save the crucial filler shapes!
How to securely ship an Instant Pot
Take the empty original product box and open it.
Place the bottom styrofoam.
Place the Instant Pot. If necessary, rotate the Instant Pot until you feel it sink into place and no longer rotate.
Place the top Styrofoam. It should be flush with the top of the box. If not, turn it a quarter turn and try again.
Seal the box securely with transparent tape and stick the shipping label clearly visible on the box.
Well packaged? Our concern!
The Instant Pot is now optimally protected against transport damage. If the shipment is packed in this way and there is still transport damage, we will take over the responsibility and process the return shipment faster. Promise!
